Jungle Gym is a chain of indoor playgrounds in Brunei. This one is located in Kiulap, just across from Mothercare and Bebeland.
The entry price was very reasonable compared to the playgrounds in Singapore. The cost for 2 hours was $9.50 for 1 toddler and 1 baby (I think the breakdown was $6.50 for the toddler and $3 for the baby). There were no health checks upon entry (neither temperature nor hands and feet for HFMD. The playground itself is a good size and there is a large cafe and seating area to rest. There is also a separate area for party seating. We were the only ones there when we arrived in the afternoon but two or three other families joined whilst we were playing. M had a great time there; I think that it’s quite well suited to toddlers. M was able to play all of the different activities except for the crawling bridges which she was too scared to enter. There wasn’t so much for baby Z to do but she did enjoy playing in the ball pool. I confess that it was also fun for me as there was a big board above with holes to throw the balls into. When one goes inside, you hear the sound of the animal matching the hole.
There is another area with a machine that blows out balls, along with some guns and targets.
We didn’t eat at the playground this time but we have previously and the food wasn’t bad. We had a pizza from the neighbouring restaurant, Capers. I picked up a leaflet on the way out about their parties. Prices are good, only $12.80 per child!
